Method
- Cook and shred/dice chicken breast, or use pre-cooked chicken from Aldi for convenience.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Stir in chopped celery and red onion until evenly mixed.
- Add shredded chicken to the bowl and fold everything together until fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
- Enjoy on toasted bread, in a wrap, with crackers, or over a fresh Aldi salad mix.
