  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced (rotisserie or boiled chicken works well)
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds optional, for crunch
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Paula Deen style uses real mayo
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
